
This 2.5-year Arabic course is designed to take students from the very basics, starting with the alphabet, to understanding and translating the Quran with the aid of a dictionary. Conducted online via Zoom, this course emphasizes learning Arabic to connect deeply with the Quran, providing students with the skills to grasp its meaning while reciting.

Includes: Homework, memorization of new words, and concepts

Phase 1: Lugha, Nahw & Sarf (First 1.5 Years)

Lugha: Learning the Arabic language, including vocabulary and essential expressions

Nahw & Sarf: Understanding Arabic grammar (syntax and morphology) to build a foundation for comprehension
Phase 2: Tharjuma (Translation) (Final Year)

Translating 1 Juz of the Quran:

Practical exercises to translate verses with the help of a dictionary

Understanding key Quranic concepts and language patterns

Not a Tafseer Course: This is a language course aimed at understanding the Quran’s text. (Noon Institution offers separate Tafseer courses.)

Study Expectations: Regular homework, word memorization, and independent learning will be required to reinforce lessons between classes.
